I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Great Clips. I came here after another Great Clips location had unfortunately been unable to complete my haircut. My sister had called this location ahead of time to explain the situation, and I came in because I wanted to confirm they could actually do the haircut I needed before waiting approximately 30 minutes. Worst experince ever here. The white lady need really to work alot i think cause she works to slow and letting new people seat in and the online check in have no value at all i see this place. Please stay away from this location!
We love Anna, She is very patient and kind. She’s the only person i’ve ever met to slow down and be understanding with individuals on the autism spectrum. She makes every experience the best possible and not as traumatic.
