Checked in for an appointment via the website. When I arrived, Jen, who did not at all seem happy that I was there, checked me in and brought me to her chair. As I began taking out a photo to show her what I wanted, she began saying she’s not doing that. I showed her the picture - a high fade that great clips has been doing for me for over a year. First 2 times I had very happy with my haircut both times the hair stylist listened to what I wanted and they came out good. Now this last time I showed the stylist a picture of me with a hair Cut I wanted. She told me that's what I have all ready which it wasn't so then I explained what I wanted. She completely butchered my hair . It looks nothing like the pic I showed her. Now I have to buy a wig. she must hate the job because she sucks. Toni is the best. Very professional. She is better than some of the high-end salons. She's warm, wounderful and a pleasure to deal with. I'd recommend everyone to go Great Clips.
