First 2 times I had very happy with my haircut both times the hair stylist listened to what I wanted and they came out good. Now this last time I showed the stylist a picture of me with a hair Cut I wanted. She told me that's what I have all ready which it wasn't so then I explained what I wanted. She completely butchered my hair . It looks nothing like the pic I showed her. Now I have to buy a wig. she must hate the job because she sucks.
