Betty was amazing! I was so nervous at first. I came in for a bang trim. I have long hair and hate my hair being touched because of past experiences where people like to chop it off. However Betty just seem to know what I was feeling and saying without even explaining too much. She was so sweet and patient and took her time making sure it was just perfect!
