Usually have a great experience at this location. Older white lady (same as a previous comment) cut my son’s hair. We requested a 1 on the side trim the top. I kid you not she tried to start his fade at the dead middle of his ear. A low fade doesn’t even start until the top of the ear. And we didn’t specify the fade, so it should have been even higher at the mid fade level. I got my hair horribly cut left my hair messed up it’s was a white old lady that did my hair I can’t remember her name. Very disappointed
Checked in online and when I got there I was taken right away. It was my first time getting a haircut with Steve and he did a great job! I'll be asking for him next time.
