Gianni did excellent on my son’s haircut! He is 11 so now he expresses what kinda cut he wants. He really likes it! Thank you!
It took a few minutes for the lafy to warm-up and be social. I was the 2nd person to be seen that morning. I check in online. She was backed up already as she was the only person scheduled to open that day. So she was rushed and I didn't get the haircut I wanted which is in your system as I always get my haircut there. I asked for more hair off which she did but it still was not the cut I normally get. Due to the backup of customers, I felt bad for them and her so I left it as it was.
