It took a few minutes for the lafy to warm-up and be social. I was the 2nd person to be seen that morning. I check in online. She was backed up already as she was the only person scheduled to open that day. So she was rushed and I didn't get the haircut I wanted which is in your system as I always get my haircut there. I asked for more hair off which she did but it still was not the cut I normally get. Due to the backup of customers, I felt bad for them and her so I left it as it was. This is the first time in my life I felt the need to leave a review on a haircut. I've had plenty of bad haircuts before but this unfortunately takes the cake for the worst haircut I've ever had, and I'll need to wear a hat. I had an excellent haircut from someone here, and it was blended perfectly and the perfect length on top. Basically flawless haircut. I would highly recommend not letting Nancy cut anyone's hair as she doesn't have a good personality and did a very awful job she just used her own styling not giving me the haircut I wanted and I ended up with a bald spot because she was rushing so much was very upset

I took my 3 year old little boy in for a cut. Nancy never greeted us or asked how we were. She brusquely told me “he can’t move” and never spoke to either of us the entire time. She definitely made my child nervous and uncomfortable. Zero personality and patience. Do not recommend her.
