So I usually never leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this last visit I had today was probably one of the worst Ive had ever. I go in wanting the sides and back shortened a bit which was done fine, however when I wanted the front AND ONLY THE FRONT to be a little less heavy, the stylist proceeds to cut everything a lot shorter than I wanted, effectively ruining the style I had for months. I would leave a 1 star but I have had some better experiences here before but, the bad ones were just terrible.
Don’t go to this place — it’s terrible. I’ve never been to a hair salon with worse customer service. They are not professional at all. Go to another location instead.
