Great experience at this location. Very fast and efficient job. Loved it. Definitely coming back. By the way, the have several reserved spots in the parking lot right across from the front door. Excellent service.
I've been to this location a few times now and I love the online check-in process. While it's not an appointment, it keeps the wait time to a minimum, which is more than I can say for places that make appointments. This last time, Heidi cut my hair. I waited until the day after to write this review. The day of I felt like Heidi understood what I wanted and I walked out feeling like she got it. And the day after I washed and styled my hair, I'm still loving it!
Before the door closed behind me I was welcomed with a high energy from Rachel I was not expecting!! The manager went above and beyond the level of service I expected and the stylist Heidi provided the same!!
