Great haircut
It’s a decent spot if you just need a quick, basic haircut without much styling. The service was fast, but not very detailed—no mirror check at the end or question for round or straight on the back, and not much effort to even things out. The haircut was $22, and the system prompts a $5 minimum tip. If you’re looking for something simple and efficient, it works. But if you’re after more care or attention to detail, you might want to try elsewhere.
I checked in online and got a text telling me to "walk right in, you're next in line." When I arrived (about 10 minutes later), I was told my reservation had "expired" and I was now #17 in line with a 50 minute wait. If you are going to have a system that texts people when it is time to come in, you should make sure it works properly.
