First time at Great Clips in Ancaster and I couldn't be happier ! Kim was incredibly kind, patient and truly cared about my hair. I went in thinking I wanted a bob, but she helped me choose something that suited me perfectly and quite literally saved my hair. I highly recommend !
Yohansy is the best…always has a smile on her face and so invested in doing my hair…reason I keep coming back!

I had Kim cut and style my hair it was the most pleasant visit ever….. having a mature woman who knows how to cut hair is such a relief, I will be requesting her each time now that I have met her, she made me very comfortable asked me questions about how I wanted my hair done and she listened bc I got exactly what I asked for and suggested products that unfortunately were not available in the store,
I had the best experience here. Yohansy was my hairdresser and she went above and beyond for my family and delivered excellent results. Definitely will come back again
