I had the worst experience of my life. Her name was Karen. She didn’t even ask how I wanted my hair cut. She just went ahead using a reference she had. It felt like she was still a trainee, not capable of doing a proper haircut. On top of that, in front of guests, she was busy cleaning everything instead of focusing on the service. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Worst experience. They don't even care about there customers totally ruined my look. Never gonna go in there again in my life.
