Someone from corporate needs to call me or reach out to me. My name in the system is under Shannon W. Brandy was FANTASTIC, but Pamela I believe her name was needs to be FIRED. She made my experience there AWFUL and harassed ME and Brandy while Brandy was trying to complete my hair cut. Pamela is extremely unprofessional. She refused me service because she “couldn’t do it” when I wanted a pretty simple hair cut, so she passed me off to Brandy then was mad at me that I was there til after 7.
