Love using the app — I usually get in right away once they notify me to come in. The staff is always friendly, professional, and very talented. Consistently great service and a smooth experience every time.
They did not give me what I asked for. I asked for a little bit trimmed off the front and to clean up the sides & back and she trimmed off more than half. She did not listen at all to what I wanted, there’s still too much on the sides and back - more so it’s literally uneven and there’s more hair on the side and back than there is on the front it’s really bad, I’d just like to say I’m not losing my hair, I have pretty thick hair so it’s crazy that she was able to pull that off.
