Despite explaining multiple times and showing pictures of what I wanted she still cut way too much off, and left what little hair left was cut very crooked. I'm going to have to wait for it to grow in and then go somewhere else to get it fixed. Very pissed off
Came in today with my 3-year-old son to get him a haircut. Honestly, one of the stylists was really rude and refused to cut his hair, even though kids’ haircuts are part of the services. The rest of the staff were super nice and amazing though, which I really appreciated. Just that one person didn’t match the vibe of the place at all.
I went to the Pentagon Row location and honestly, this was the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. The person who cut my hair finished in about 3 minutes. it felt like she was rushing through it just to move on to the next customer. Do these employees receive any kind of proper training? Because I could have done a better job myself. The cut is uneven and looks terrible, and I honestly don’t even know how to fix it at this point. Quick & great! Did a really great military crew cut, he looked great. So glad they were open just a bit longer than most other shops.
