The stylist everyone is leaving bad reviews for is Tigsti. For the love of god, please do not let her cut your hair. I have no idea why management has chosen to keep her. The other stylists are wonderful.
Some of the other reviews talk about a couple of the staff being quite unfriendly, and that is spot on!

The woman who cut my hair today—a Black stylist with curly hair—was extremely rude and had a noticeably negative attitude throughout the entire appointment. She acted as if she didn’t want to be there at all. When I politely asked if she had a shaver for a mid skin fade, she bluntly said she wouldn’t even bother asking her colleagues if they had one.
