I would not recommend them. The wait time is up to an hour sometimes, the turn over rate is really high so you never get to know anyone and sometimes the people do a good job and sometimes they don't. I absolutely HATE when they smell like cigarettes. GROSS!!! The Great Clips shampoo, conditioner, and leave in conditioner is good though.
