Vanessa was my stylist, and I was visiting from out-of-town, so this was my first visit to this location. I was a walk-in and got a wash, cut, and blow-dry, styled straight with a round brush. I'm a senior woman with medium length, frizzy and curly hair, with gray hair mixed in. Vanessa was so pleasant and patient, and listened while I told her about how my often difficult hair behaves when being cut and styled into a smooth and manageable style. I was eligible for discount at 6.99 on senior haircut on checking in through GREAT CLIP app as per advertisement. But, they told me that check in again through their system at salon #9694 on March 19th, 2026 @ round about 11:55 am. So I didn't get any discount rate. I paid fully 16.00 by cash @ 12:03 pm.
Went in for a hair cut and beard trim with Lindsay she did a wonderful job and great experience She was polite and friendly. Will definitely return for my next cut.
