I checked in on their app and waited in my car till the wait reached 10 minutes then I went into the store. When I was next on the electronic wait list they took some random walk in customer before me. They lost me as a customer
Very clean and professional. Greeted with a smile. I completed online check-in prior to arriving and did not have to wait but a few minutes. Kirby provided a wonderful hair cutting and shampoo experience. She checked my information on which kind of hair cut I liked and confirmed my choice. All in all, wonderful experience.
