I hate to do this, but as each day goes by I find myself holding back tears. I received the WORST hair cut I’ve ever received in my life at this location all because I stylist didn’t want to be honest about her skill level. Edit for the wack response from the "owner" I reached out the same day to management & was informed there was no one available. I called back yesterday, May 1st 2026 to speak to Tori the Manager just to be told she is hard of hearing & cannot come to the phone. I'M NOT SURE WHAT THE NEXT STEP IS. I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Great Clips. The staff is always friendly, professional, and they actually listen to what you want instead of just rushing you through the chair. The convenience is hard to beat—being able to check in online saves a ton of time, and I’ve never had to wait long. Every haircut I’ve gotten there has been consistent and exactly what I asked for. Even though I have an easy cut, Tori always kills it. She recognizes me by name when I walk in, makes me comfortable and carries on a good conversation. She has been cutting my hair for years and it just looks good. I am pleased when she is done. Can't ask for more than that.
