Came in one hairdresser finished a customer. I had already checked in . Not online. Two guys showed up about 10 minutes after me and she took the late appointment before me. I oversee 27 stores for the largest and oldest restaurant in Georgia. It’s obvious who the company is. I would never do that. If you’re late, you wait. Again i oversee 27 locations. I'm very pleased with the overall quality of their haircuts and the value they provide. I've been a customer for about 2 years and have only been disappointed once. I also appreciate the coupons they've sent me.
