Excellent service, would recommend using the app to hold a place in line and plan that you might have to wait longer than expected.
I want to start by saying this is not a reflection of Great Clips as a whole, but rather my experience at this particular location. I stopped in without an appointment, thinking I'd get a quick $19 haircut. The employee entered me into the system and had me wait. She then informed me that someone with a scheduled appointment would be taking my spot. There were two people getting their hair done and a couple more waiting, so I assumed it would be about a 20-minute wait. As time went on, more scheduled appointments came in. Af... read more
