Super disappointing experience by hair cutter named veera. When i complained about hair cut instead of offering to fix or how to make it better. She started accusing that i am doing because of color of her skin and started arguing and didn’t even bother to make this better. She messed up my sons hair 2 weeks ago and i did not even say anything and still decided to give her chance but i guess she didnt want it.
I go to great clips for one reason and that’s for a very special and great lady that does such a great job with every snip! Her name is Tori and she is the best ever! I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair!! She needs a bonus for sure!!
Honestly the worst haircut I’ve ever had! Completely lost for words… no symmetry
I think they should change the hours if they can't take customer till closing time. Walked in at 7:50 they said we are closing, what a service!
I moved and relocated to Wade Green Rd so I’ve started going to this location and I can say it’s well run wonderful place to get a cut and just recently had a cut by Mischa. 🥰I could tell there’s something different and when I found out she does the calming effect of meditation. I could see why she was so calm. Got a great cut look forward to going back and I’ve had several people at this location with given me good cuts, and very personable.
