I used the online check-in and had very little wait time after I arrived. The lady that cut my hair was friendly and did an outstanding job and I was completely satisfied with the result.
Super disappointing experience by hair cutter named veera. When i complained about hair cut instead of offering to fix or how to make it better. She started accusing that i am doing because of color of her skin and started arguing and didn’t even bother to make this better. She messed up my sons hair 2 weeks ago and i did not even say anything and still decided to give her chance but i guess she didnt want it.
I go to great clips for one reason and that’s for a very special and great lady that does such a great job with every snip! Her name is Tori and she is the best ever! I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair!! She needs a bonus for sure!!
Honestly the worst haircut I’ve ever had! Completely lost for words… no symmetry
