I was so shocked I didnt even know how to address the haircut I received after it happened. I asked for a long bob and this is what I got. I even had a reference photo. It is not even and it is not long at all. I said i wanted it long enough to put all my hair in a ponytail. I cant even do that. The front part if my hair was supposed to go past my collarbones.

Checked in on the app. Said 50 minutes. At point it was down to 9 minutes, then jumped to 20 minutes. From the time I checked into the app to the time I got in was 90 minutes, 40 minutes longer than the app estimated.

Just to let everyone know, there’s a particular THEY/THEM that works at this store and if you refer to THEY/THEM as a “sir” unintentionally (because us old souls that still have respect in this day and age) THEY (tall, Adams Apple, BEARD) will tell you to not come back to this location. Not a manager, no authority to do so.
