Had a WONDERFUL experience with Rissa today. My daughter came in with tears in her eyes upset about getting her hair cut, but Rissa made the entire experience fun and special for her. She let her feel in control and walked her through the process as well. The place was clean, the energy between the stylists was upbeat the entire time we were there, and it felt more like a friendly visit than the unhappy experience my daughter was worried it would be. Definitely plan to bring her back.

I had neck surgery 3 weeks ago and came in today just to get my head shaved since I couldn't do that myself right now. Rissa took me straight back and did an amazing job taking care of me. She was friendly and made sure that my neck wasn't moved to much. I appreciate her kindness and conversation. You are important to that store. Stay amazing Rissa

The girl with weird white blond hair was RUDE and came to the front chewing food saying 61 minutes wait what’s your name I said oh that’s okay no thank you and she said well all the great clips are like this you’re going to wait because this is the slowest one, I will actually just not be giving you my money, thanks though.

Leaving a one star because I have to leave something. My kids have been going here for the last few years. My last two visits have been disappointing. The first one, I thought maybe a one off. But back to back is ridiculous. I didn’t want to mention it in front of my kids. But I can’t take a strike 3. If you’re looking for a fade, or even a decent line up don’t come here. Buzz cuts only.
