Very frustrating experience today. I was listed as #1 on the board, but watched multiple people who arrived after me get called ahead of time. When you rely on a check-in system, it defeats the whole purpose if the front desk isn't keeping track of the queue correctly. Won't be wasting my time here again."

Amanda is the best! I also love the prices. I'll definitely be back for another cut from Amanda!

The haircut was okay overall, but I would like to mention that one of the stylists needs to be more gentle when using the trimmer around the neck. The trimmer was used quite aggressively, and it left my neck irritated and uncomfortable afterward. I understand that everyone has a different technique, but I would appreciate more care and a lighter touch in that sensitive area. I hope the feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

The stylist did exactly what I asked her to do. Highly recommend.

Never go to GC Monroeville location. The employees there try to trick you in not using the discount coupon. I got my hair cut today and the employee tricked me and said the coupon was not valid at this location. I went home and called customer care and they confirmed that my coupon was valid at this store. So effectively this store overcharged me.
