Three stars, and only because the one lady that is always working there does a great job cutting my hair. The app always gives wrong wait times, because they don't have enough people staffed ... One, to be exact. Told it would be 45 minutes on the app when it was actually twice that, and I didn't have time to wait. "I'm next in line" WRONG, I had two people ahead of me. Total crock of $#!+ frustrating
Kayla cut my hair. She was very respectful and friendly. I was actually scared to go to great clips but I needed my hair done asap so, I tried it and I wasn’t disappointed. I will return to Kayla for my haircuts in the future.
