Very unpredictable, there are times when I check in online and when I arrive and sit down I immediately get the gut feeling, 'this isn't going to end well' 😑 Customer Service always pretty good but they get SUPER busy and then the wait gets LONG, also understandable, but when you rush the cut then rush to the register, you don't tend to inspect as close.
