Went in for a trim - told Stylist take off 1/4” and want whispy bangs (not full or heavy) - mentioned I was growing out my hair. Ended with uneven hair, 2-3” taken off, full bangs and choppy layers everywhere! Going to take years to grow out! Had to go back for them to fix it and more had to come off to blend all the areas. STAY AWAY & TRIM YOUR OWN HAIR!
Love this Great clips! Been coming here for a haircut since 2008. Mari, Amy, and Romelia were the stylists today and are all great. They greeted me when I walked in and made sure I was checked in (on the app, it's so easy). Place looked clean and orderly. Definitely recommend.
Zero Stars - Extremely Disappointing Experience at Great Clips Montgomery, Illinois I visited the Great Clips location in Montgomery, Illinois, three hours prior to their closing time.
