Horrible Experience It seems they don’t know how to style women’s hair. I came in for a blowdry, showed a picture of how I wanted it to look it was a simple round brush blow dry. By the end of the service my hair was still damp, frizzy and the ends looked like a sweeping broom…
Got the worst hair cut in my life. It was a young hispanic stylist. I told him to shorten my hair by 3 inches. He was cutting it by 2 inches. After some time I asked him if he is making it 3 inches short, he said that I had told him 2 inches which was a lie. Then he said okay he will shorten it by 3 inches. He was not sincere in his work. When I come back home, I realize that my hair on one side is longer and hair on the other side is shorter. It was so disappointing. The service I received was absolutely unacceptable. I came in for a haircut and explained to the stylist that I’ve been experiencing major hair loss after a significant weight loss. I also specifically requested someone who is experienced with curly hair, as mine can be challenging due to my mixed-race background. After washing my hair, the stylist brought me to the chair and—without confirming the plan—immediately chopped off 4 to 5 inches from the back of my hair.
