Always hit or a miss here. Sometimes you get somebody who turns your hair into a mohawk, sometimes one of the lady cuts it perfectly. I think I have been here 5 times or so, and had 2 good haircut and 3 bad ones. SO I do not take that chance anymore and I go to Toby's where I always get a good haircut.
First time I've ever had a haircut that I would consider *painful* but they found a way. Everytime she combed the side of my head, it felt like she was digging it into my ears and she used *way* too much pressure with the clippers. I walked out after my haircut feeling worse than I did going in, and I've never left a hair place without them doing something to freshen the look up before.
