Disrespectful and rude! Looked at my child's curly hair, told her she had to detangle before she could do anything with it. She had an attitude. My child is 10. Her hair was not tangled its just curly. Woman with purple lips is unprofessional!!!
I really liked this place but now it's under new management and has all new staff. The prices have raised and the quality has dropped and the new owner doesn't appreciate veterans. It's now 30 bucks for a basic 5 minute unstyled haircut AND they expect a minimum 6 dollar tip. The veterans tiny discount has been totally removed. I will be finding a new location unfortunately.
