Taytem L. did an amazing job cutting and layering my thick long hair into a more breathable short hair cut with layers. As a person who has been judged by a hair stylist, has social anxiety, and has self esteem issues she made me feel cared about, understood and confident again.

Asked about my discount being applied after checkout and she said it wasn't and just passed by it. I suggest going to Bloomfield's location as they seem much happier with working.

Extremely upset with my haircut. All I asked for was a wash and trim to make my hair even. The wash was cold water and then really hot. Haircut felt rushed and then she started texturing without asking. My hair was getting pulled and she was combing my face. My hair looks like a hack job. I emailed a complaint online. Hairdresser acted like she didnt even want to bother with me. Will not be back.
