I will not be going back to that location I went in Friday July 25th for a low taper fade and the woman who did my haircut messed it up so bad I called off work lost a day of work. Had to find a different place to get it fix I was so mad because I didn’t get what I asked for and he didn’t even cut my hair even on the top and the sides. Also she didn’t seem to be pleasant towards me until I had pay her. So mad about that bad experience

This location was good. But the quality of staff has gone down hill. My kid had been going for years and was able to sit by himself and do a good job of not moving during the cut. This particular day we went a new stylist was available. At the beginning of the cut her sub par skills and negligence became apparent. Victoria went in with her clippers and cut a big piece of my son’s ear. Luckily I was still near by and was able to apply pressure with a napkin and stop the blood. Worsted day ever today 7-12-25 at this location in Perris CA, the lady couldn't understand how I wanted my hair cut cut I just needed my monthly faid. No matter how many different time's I explain it to her she couldn't understand me. She could have just told me she didn't want to cut my hair or didn't know how I wish the boss lady was here.
