Asked for 1/4 inch cleanup, lady proceeds to cut at least 2 inches off my hair. Couldn’t have been simpler instructions. Then I had to straighten out/reshape my sideburns at home. Terrible experience. Also super unfriendly staff, girl did not speak a word. If I could give 0 stars I would.
