The problem with Great Clips is they can’t retain their best stylists. Once the better stylist gather a following, they bolt for higher paying jobs, leaving customers working with butchers until they happen upon the next great stylist that will soon leave for greener pastures.

I went in to get a shampoo ,dry and curling iron. At first was going well. Then after the cut I went to check it out before styling and to me something seemed off on one side and every time I would try to point out where I thought the problem was my stylist got an attitude and barked out excuses. She made me feel uncomfortable. A professional stylist would have tried to come up with a solution.
