Don't go they will butcher your hair. I even took a picture and said I wanted it at least shoulder length or longer if we could get the shape and keep the length. it is just below chin length in the front ( I also said I wanted the front longer at an angle). It is not even the same length on either side. I can't put it up in a pony tail anymore and it looks ridiculous!
