I am extremely frustrated and upset with my service at Great Clips the last 4 or 5 times I've been there. After speaking with manager Josh, he attempted to make it right, but unfortunately, their stylists just are not up to cutting hair as requested. Unfortunately, I can never return to Great Clips.
Jen has done mine and my husband's hair for a couple of years now. She does a great job and does the cut we always ask for.
I haven’t seen a hairdresser since middle school because money and trust issues. However, I came in last week with no plan, no reference, a vague idea and a jacked self done haircut. I didn’t get my stylists name, but she had super vibrantly dyed hair and a good energy about her. I just told her I wanted my hair off my ears and to be less “mushroom-y”.
