I told the Indian lady light trim and she started cutting so much of my son’s hair it’s crazy . Everytime you point out why you do not like something they try to justify it by just saying that that’s your natural head shape. I am so irritated. I could’ve literally done a better job at home. Mia was cutting my 4 yr olds hair and cut him severely behind his ear with the clippers. She never said a word to me. My son kept saying he didn’t like his hair and was holding his head down because he was scared. She was very unprofessional and rude to him. Then I was told by the assistant manager to come back in and she will refund the money….. really tried to give me a gift card… no no, we will never go back to a Great Clips! Thanks to Mia, now my son is scared to get his hair cut!
