Absolutely butchered my hair. I told them that I wanted to get my mullet high on the sides kind of like a wide mohawk, and they just straight up gave me a mohawk and didn't cut anything in the back. Absolutely butchered it after trying to grow it out for a year and a half. I hate to say this but my person giving me my cut barely spoken English and it was like trying to pull teeth communicating with her the entire time. Great place for haircuts, but download the app and set your appointment on your phone. It's quick and easy. Jenny is my favorite. I was looking way too good after my haircut. My wife couldn't keep her hands off me, and I didn't even need the little blue pills.
Zero consistency here, even show them a picture and they just ignore it.Four hair cuts four differnt styles with the same pic. Today was the first time in 42 years I’ve ever had a bad hair cut. I stopped here twice and it offended her. Now my hair might as well be a buzz cut since she used trimmers on everything but the last two inches of the too if my head…. Time to find a real barber this place is trash…
had a terrible experience at this place, completely unprofessional, and they had no idea what they were doing with my haircut. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!!!!! One of their team member was super rude as well!
I don’t expect a top notch haircuts from these places as they are usually way over booked an forced to rush peoples hair cuts.. however I never complained because the price was decent.. for these prices I’m going to have to start being a lot more picky and asking for a refund if it doesn’t come out the way I want.. I usually end up tipping for something that’s just ok anyways.. these mark ups are setting these companies up for failure and I feel bad for the employees
