My older son and I were very pleased with this salons service. We were running a bit late after local shopping and called the salon to confirm closing time. Not only was I pleased with the shops greeting on the phone and clear information we were both very happy with both employees professional and happy greeting when we arrived 15 minutes before closing for his hair cut and style. Awesome Great Clips! Tina here is the best! I used to go to location in Carol Stream until there must have been a change in ownership or something and all of the good stylists left, including Tina. I'm so glad I found out which location she moved to!
Awesome Haircut!!! Ask for TINA!!! I went and got my haircut at great clips only because my normal salon was closed and I had to get a haircut immediately for an event. I went to great clips, crossing my fingers and was helped by Tina. She was amazing! She took great care while cutting my hair. She made sure that everything that was being done was exactly what I wanted done. She far exceeded my expectations and I will be returning regularly now.
Got my haircut today by Dawn. She is awesome, pays attention to detail, and she did an excellent job!
