Showed up 35 minutes before closing — place was completely empty, no wait, no customers, nothing. Figured I’d be in and out quick. Instead, the stylist just looked at me and said she wasn’t taking any more people today. Really? You’re open, doing nothing, and still turning people away? It’s not like I walked in 5 minutes before close. She was just sitting there on her phone, clearly didn’t feel like working. Super unprofessional and lazy. If you’re going to close early, change your hours. Won’t be coming back.
terrible service as always. checked in had a 15 min wait.. waited 20 no big deal. but during that 20 minute online check in appeared.. they walk in and are given preferential treatment. see they want you to get the app so they can track what you do on your phone and sell your information. to third party. that is how they can afford to give cheaper haircuts. they are a privilege business.. they put importance on those they sell their information on because of the app. it makes no sense to go from 2nd position in the queue to ... read more
