The 1 star is for the great clips app. Whats the point of the schedule ahead, when they make you walk in, tell them you're here, then they put you "in lobby", then have to wait to be called and or walk back to my more comfortable car and wait 10 or more mins to be called...? There is no option in the app to tell the salon you're there.... Ridiculous. 👌🏻

I went in tonight after work. Short wait, great service! I saw Stephanie, I'm happy she's at this location. She gave me her suggestion, I appreciated her confidence. I often trim my own ends, from now on, I'll come see her!
Danielle R absolutely knocked it out of the park with my haircut today—I’m beyond happy with it! And the rest of the staff is just as amazing; they consistently do a phenomenal job with my kids’ haircuts every single time. Highly recommend this place!
