Hair cut was fine, however, I was forced to provide my name and address prior to getting a haircut because "we are in a pandemic". I asked for clarification and the staff said that if one of the staff members gets sick the CDC would need to contact me. They already had my phone number, so this doesn't make sense. Mind you, this is March of 2022, all of the customers and at least one of the staff wasn't wearing a mask.
Sharrie always gives me a quick perfect cut. She listens to my “wants” then does exactly what I asked for.
So Shari is very nice until you don't like your haircut and you don't tip her. I tip every time but If I don't like the service I don't. She became rude very soon when she realized I wasn't going to tip her. 1. She didn't reply when I said "thank you" and called another customer. 2. She was like "never again and let me put it in notes" 3. Told another customer that " She wished she had called her sooner"
