I have lots of praise for this hair salon chain. The Great Clips phone app is worthwhile getting. for making an appointment. I opened the app minutes before I drove there to see when there were available times for a quick haircut on a busy Saturday afternoon. When I walked into the salon, I could see my first name on the monitor, and a stylist asked what my name was, and had a chair waiting for me.
