I always see Kim for my haircuts. She is the reason I go there. Kim is the best
Terrible experience. I would give negative stars if I could. I want to scream and cry every time I look in the mirror or feel my head. And this was very likely the last haircut of my life. 😢 I went in to have my hair cut off to donate to wigs for kids. They didn't wash it first. They didn't braid it or band it with several bands as the instructions for the program say. So now I don't even know if I can send it in.
