Ruined my hair. Was specifically told exactly what to do and decided to cut off the whole back of my Mohawk and ruined everything. I was wondering why she didn't show me the back of my head like everyone does but now I know it's because she shaved everything off and turned my Mohawk into a hideous undercut. Do not ever go here. Ever
I had an absolutely fantastic experience, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Cassie. I've been to plenty of barbershops over the years, but this was easily the best haircut I've ever gotten. If you're looking for someone who genuinely cares about giving you a great haircut, do yourself a favor and request Cassie. You won't be disappointed. The system did mess up and put my name down as Jillian instead of William, but I found it funny and made the experience even that much better.
Great place ,and they do great with autistic children
I have taken my little boy for a haircut here before and had a really bad experience. The haircut was so bad that I had to go home and fix it. The other ladies working were talking trash and acting like they hated everyone and everything. My son's usual barber has been hard to catch lately, the other salons were either booked or not accepting walk ins...His hair was way overdue for a cut, I decided Id give Great Clips another try. My child has level 2-3 autism, and has big sensory issues with hair cuts and styling. Before heading to Great Clips in the Spring, I researched.
