It’s disappointing to have to write this, because my first three visits here were excellent. Unfortunately, today was very different. I was paired with a stylist I believe was named Barbara B., who was coughing and hacking throughout my haircut, which was uncomfortable and concerning. On top of that, the quality of the cut was poor—you can clearly see the line where she transitioned from a 2 to a 3, with no blending at all. Came in with my mom. There’s 3 techs, one outside on the phone, one in the back and one lady took my mom right away. I watched the one in the back come and look at the computer and walk right to the back. 15 minutes later the girl outside came in, played on her phone for an additional 5 minutes, then said she was ready. I obviously declined. While I’m setting waiting for my mom to wrap up, a large family with 4 kids came in and guess what?! Service immediately. Seriously? Very unprofessional and disappointing.
