Very nice stylist.
As with all chains, it's going to be hit or miss. This day, Bianca was there and made it a five-star experience. She did an expert job on my beard and mustache, too. Thumbs up.
Check in online. Wait time was 5 minutes, came into the store and they already gave priority to one of the “regular clients” make me wait for more 30 minutes. Meantime 2 clientes after me. When one of the ladies was free she told me to wait until the next one finish with the other client because the people after me were also his regular clients and they have priority. This can’t be happening if they have an online or in store check in.
