Worst haircut I've had in recent years. Doesn't look anything like the picture I showed them. I won't be back!

i went in today for a haircut and i had read a great review about cassie so i wanted her to be my stylist going in. she just happened to be the person who took me back to cut my hair without me asking for her specifically. and i had full trust in her to cut my hair just as i wanted. i didn’t even have to show her pictures. she didn’t cut my hair too short and the layers are perfect 10/10 stars for cassie for being a gem and a fabulous stylist!!
Very expensive for a basic haircut. Had to wait over an hour with nobody else waiting. I'll never go back.
