I was in town for the wild fires ....I showed up once after taking a cab and they were booked out....that's fine....well the next day I did it I called and they said they had availability......then I showed up again with a taxi....and they refused me because they were booked out again......I am very upset that they didn't help me at all.....don't trust their system that says walk ins welcome on their phone line

I always get a great haircut. The reason my rating is not 5 stars is that the owner's have closed on of the two locations in town. That.means the customers that used to go to the now closed location are getting funneled into the one open location. That leads to even longer wait times. Too often, the wait line is so long that you can't even check in online.
