Always consistently amazing
Asked for a mullet. Silly, maybe. My hair was over 4 inches long in the back and front. Cassie, cut all the length off the back, and squared it up. Completely defeating the purpose. Also gave me some rough electric razor burns on my neck. Enough that they started to bleed. Do not go here if you're a man wanting more than a buzz cut. Absolutely horrible experience
They don't take an appointment, but if you walk in they will put you on a list...that's pretty much an appointment. When I called in, the robo said you could be put on the list either from website or threw a team member. The team member says they don't do that. So, the answering machine gives different Info. Team member says you can get on the list from having the app. So if you do it online or through the app or walk in, they'll put you on the appointment..erm "list".
