Recently got a haircut from this establishment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by all the employees. I felt so welcomed. That’s some great hospitality right there! My barber was Ava. She did a phenomenal job on my hair. I showed her a couple pictures of a hair style I wanted, and gave her some leeway to improvise on what she thinks would look best depending on the shape of my head and face. Definitely recommend going to get your haircut that this location (imperial beach) if you like… - to have your hair brushed so aggressively that your head yanks back with every tangle - when the stylist cuts off 1-2 inches more than the 2.5 inch trim you requested - when you’re charged more for the “haircut” price at the end because she cut more they 2.5 inch off which is no longer considered a “trim”
I feel like I’ve given this location so many chances haircut quality is okay they have a few gems in there that get great haircuts done. However the store manager should reconsider cramming LGBQT flags in costumers faces not the place for political stances it’s a haircut not a pride festival.. L for management.
