I had a very disappointing experience at Great Clips. I came in with my son and checked in. There was only one customer ahead of us. Vanessa had trouble finding my phone number in the system, so it took her a little longer to add me to the waitlist. I’m not sure if, while she was adding me, the man named Alex checked himself in, but I know I arrived first. I even looked at the waitlist and saw that my name was right after Randy’s. Brought my young son in to get his hair cut for the first time (by a professional) and it was a wonderful experience. We were in and out in less than 30 mins (no wait) and Wendy did an amazing job. My son came out saying he "really liked" it and is very excited to go back the next time.
I’ve always had to leave good experiences getting my hair here.
Wendy is a phenomenal- great hairstylist amazing consistency. My hair I’ve been told is challenging to cut with the curliness etc-it’s not an issue for her. Just excellent in every way period and i recommend 100 percent!
