I am selective as to who cuts my hair. I chose Lola. Usually busy. Moves quickly. No appointments but you can resrve a spot on line after they open. I like the staff and the location.
Whyask someone what they are going to get, if they will just default to what's on the paper, if the paper and my verbal request aren't the same? That's what happened. I had to go home and fix my own hair. Waste of money.
