Terrible haircut, the guy who cut my hair had no idea what he was doing, acted like he had no idea how to shampoo my hair, he had to ask for advise from other stylists and he reeked of cigarette smoke. The manager said he needed more training and she acted like it was no big deal.
I’ve been coming to the Howland plaza location for almost a year now, ever since a very unfortunate experience at the Great Clips on Millennium Blvd in Cortland—let’s just say I’ve seen toddlers do better work. Since then, I’ve stuck with this place and I won’t go anywhere else. I usually see Mary or Christy, and they are both absolutely amazing at what they do.
