Do not go here. Im shocked a haircut could turn out this badly from someone who is a licensed stylist. I even complained at first how uneven/choppy it was, she got defensive and started cutting more saying this is what I wanted. I left because I didnt want her to mess my hair up anymore. Im so dissapointed to say the least. I believe her name was Tia or Tina.
I gave them a picture of a low taper fade curly hair and they cut it so short I can’t even recognize myself anymore if I could write 0 stars I would
I have been going to Great clips for 2 or 3 years now and have always been happy with the service and haircuts I received. Having said that, I just went a couple of days ago and the lady who cut my hair did not listen to one word I said. I even showed her pictures. Now I have to go somewhere else and have them fix what she messed up. I should have said something then and there but I didn't want to hurt her feelings. I received extremely bad service. Black lady named Carnie Robinson was very rude and she was struggling right from the start. She used razor blade, scisor that were pulling my hair. Clipper was hurting my skin, and it appears that they do not even clean/sanitize between cuts. I had to stop her couple of times coz she wasn't doing it the right way.
