I took my child for a haircut today at the Kennedy Road location in Windsor, and we had a very disappointing experience with Jenn. Unfortunately, she didn't listen to our instructions at all, and my child's hair looks 90% the same as it did before we walked in. Beyond the poor haircut, her attitude was a major issue. Paid about $27 for a hair trim, with a U-cut, long layers. The back of my hair length was at my waist originally, and when I left, my hair was now in my mid back, bra clasp area. I showed reference pictures and when I was asked about how much I wanted to cut up, I showed her where to cut. My hair was in a clip, so I knew it wasn’t going to be perfectly straight, so I expected for a wash to happen, if it was included or if it was an up charge, I would’ve paid.
