I have been coming to this Great Clips since it opened (built my house in Wesley Chapel over 20 years ago). Derrick and Kethia are absolutely fantastic. They are always friendly, professional and deliver a haircut I can’t get anywhere else, not even for the twice the price. Unfortunately, today I had the misfortune of meeting Image and Rya. If you think you’re saving money coming to a place like this, you are very wrong! My daughter’s hair got completely ruined! The pics speak volumes.
Today I had an appointment scheduled at the Great Clips located at the corner of Bruce B. Downs and 54 in the Hollybrook Plaza. I was first on the list and had trouble checking in. The two employees who worked there not only saw me but did not ask me if I needed assistance. I sat and waited and nothing. Super great place to get a haircut. Very efficient I highly recommend getting their app to check in before you actually come to the shop. My recommendation is definitely to ask for James he is awesome!
They absolutely butchered my hair! I told the guy that I didn’t want anything off the top. I like the length of my hair on the top. He got distracted and started talking and cut so much off the top that it now stands straight up and has no weight to lay back, and I look like a freaking clown! Absolutely horrible! Negative stars if I could!
