I made a reservation at a different great clips I had gone to foe 4 years. Drove there and empty. So I came to this one both of the woman loudly whined when me and my son walked in. She said did you sign in on line.. do you so all these people waiting.. making a huge scene. I said I never mind waiting but arguing is what I have an issue with. Walked in around evening time 20 minutes prior to closing and politely asked if I could be help one of the employees welcomed me and confirmed should be possible, however another employee seemed bothered indicating they were actually closing and they would not be exceptions. Left dissapointed as I have been coming to this location for sometime and have never been treated with such a poor customer service. I guess this is the last time coming to this location!

I have the best experience every time I go to this Great Clips. I have been going to Krissy each time I visit the salon, she is the best. My entire family uses her. She does great work! She is professional, efficient, and a pleasure to speak with each time I go in. I look forward to going to her for years to come! Highly recommended her and this salon!
