My husband asked for a fade and came back literally bald on the bottom half. I ended up buzzing his hair. His fault for going back twice after the first time
Checked in online with a 47min wait and got the text message it was time to head to the salon. When I got there I was 1st on the wait list and then was passed over twice, first by the persom who was 2nd on the list and then by someone who's name wasn't even on the list. I just got up and left.
Asked for a medium skin fade, did not get a fade, just went from skin straight to about a half inch long, zero attempt at fading. When I asked about the gouges on the right side of my head the stylist seriously told me I was going gray and that was just the color of my hair making it look that way, not the actual gouges I could see( I don't have a single gray hair on my head).
