Huge shoutout to the Great Clips at River Oaks Shopping Plaza. After a really bad haircut at another location, I came in stressed and honestly kinda upset since my birthday is in a few days. Andrea was amazing and went way above and beyond to fix my hair, even though it wasn’t her mess to fix at all. She took her time, listened, and seriously saved my hair. Great experience! Went in yesterday evening to get a haircut. The lady was very kind and professional. I had to cut my hair very short because of massive hair loss. It was a hard decision and process. But It ended up looking great!!! The hair stylist took great care of me. Highly recommend.
